I have not lived in Story City for 16 years, but have never considered switching banks from Reliance State Bank. The customer service is second to none, and the personal connection that has been lost in so many businesses continues to be superior. Most recently, Erica Watts has assisted me with options to benefit me, and I am so thankful for her knowledge and experience. Great people, and great bank!!
